2. Website delivery and server logs
When you access this website, technically necessary connection data are processed by the web server. These may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser, operating system and access status. Processing is necessary to deliver the website, ensure stability and security and identify technical errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The existing website identifies ROI Max GmbH, Jaffestraße 12 Doc 1, 21109 Hamburg, as a technical service provider. If the hosting provider changes when the static website is deployed, this section must be adjusted accordingly.
3. Contact enquiries
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, email address and message, to handle your enquiry. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Data are deleted once they are no longer required for the purpose of the enquiry unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Applications
If you apply for a position or submit contact details through the jobs page, we process these data for the recruitment process. The legal basis is Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR. If no employment relationship is established, application data are generally deleted after the period necessary to defend potential legal claims, unless consent or another legal basis permits longer storage.
5. Cookies and analytics
The new static website as delivered does not include analytics, marketing or tracking scripts. The website itself does not set non-essential cookies. Accordingly, this version does not include an analytics cookie banner.
6. Locally hosted fonts
The typefaces used by this website are stored locally on the web server. Loading the fonts does not establish a connection to Google or another external font provider.
7. External links
Our website links to services including Facebook, Instagram and Indeed. A connection to the external provider is only established when you open the corresponding link. The respective provider is responsible for processing data on its website.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to certain processing. Any consent granted may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In particular, the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner may be competent.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. The website should be delivered using encrypted HTTPS connections.
